Our goal is to ensure that you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories (if applicable).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
β Important:
As a dropshipping company, certain products may be shipped directly from our suppliers.
For this reason, returns must be approved by our support team before shipping back any product.

2. Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

Items purchased on clearance or final sale

Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Used or damaged items

Customized or specially ordered items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Refunds may be rejected if:

The product is not in original condition

The packaging or accessories are missing

There are signs of wear, damage, or misuse
4. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

A clear photo of the damaged/defective product

The order number

Your full name
We will resend the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
6. Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees paid during the original order are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item and place a new order.
